Dear Sue,
	The stamps were received - thank you very much. I hope you did not worry about the amount 
as I fully understood how it was. 
	I told Bess to ask if flags were received all right as I was anxious to know if they were 
satisfactory. In looking over some papers the other day, I came across the receipt which I enclose. 
	I do hope your dear mother is better. Give her much love. In a letter from Mary I can see 
she is very much worried about her father. 
	I wish you would write to me. Sue for I love to keep up with my old friends.
